First, I learned about CRM and Big data. It is the use of people’s habits and activities in a certain area to help a company more focus on a target group to get the highest (in this case of voting) chance of being elected.

Then I learned about the broken window effect, where when one person sees a broken window  ( or in this case broken back boards) or a part of the neighborhood  is run down they automatically assume that the whole neighborhood doesn’t care. I also learned to professionally present on my ideas.

I learned how to brainstorm with different media.
